You have a bunch of clearly untrained staff that have no idea what they are doing. A thing about fast food is you have to be able to work well under pressure but none of these guys know what they’re doing. I’m pretty understanding normally however when not a single person has apologised for their mistake, not a single person has given good customer service. Not a “hey how’s your night” not a “have a good night” or even an apology for stuffing up my order.

If you’re in a rush, go somewhere else. Seemingly no matter what you order here, you’ll be waiting upwards of 20 minutes. You won’t get an apology for the delay either. The staff seem stressed and nonchalant. It’s clear this store is understaffed and needs to hide more people, especially during peak times. It means your food won’t always be hot or made properly. Sometimes the burgers are thrown together here and it just sours the experience.

Usually quite good, not today. Had to wait forty minutes in the drivethru for my food. I ordered 2 hunger tamer meals and did not receive nuggets for either meal. I had one bag that had the chips put upside down and thrown throughout the bag. When I asked the girl at the window why the wait was so long she apologised and said she wasn’t sure as the “manager was packing orders.”

Purchased a Whopper Roadhouse really flavoursome food fresh bun good seize and filling excellent recommend to anyone sure beats major competitor who only offers bear minimum filling especially token onion pieces which resemble large grains of salt. Would have given five stars but for price being a little expensive

It’s a fast food joint… that’s it really .. unfortunately people waiting at the counter to be served seemed to be second class citizens.. with the drive through and uber eats getting priority. So service was poor .. and wait for fiod was way to long.

Food was served fast and hot. Unfortunately they had heating so high it was stuffy and uncomfortable. Tried to gain access to the outdoor area but it was locked. Asked if they could unlock and they just ignored me, but did come and unlock it but said not a single word to me. Better communication would be appreciated to engage with their customers to make our visit enjoyable.

By far the slowest hungry jacks in Australia. You’ll wait in que behind 2 cars and yet it takes 20 minutes… Literally 2o minutes I timed it. Then you get your food and it’s either wrong or stone cold. If you want to “quickly” grab something to eat. Go anywhere but here. And this is an opinion based on several attempts at this place.
