I have been given the lightest, smallest regular sized kebabs too many times now. The service is good, friendly girls but horrible serving sizes! Have tried to rectify this often to no avail. The chicken was dry and room temperature. The meat isn’t even kept next to the spit ovens. It’s stored in what I honestly hope are heated bench top containers. If you want a stingy sized kebab for $12+ this will be the place to go.

Purchased a chicken salad bowl, absolutely terrible, chicken was taken from a serving area near the cash register (not near where it is cooked). This must be the area they keep yesterday’s leftovers, was so dry and hard, it was like eating pork crackling…… better places to eat then this one in Grand Central!!!

The shorter young woman, in particular, who was serving early afternoon on 28 Dec is very rude and unpleasant. The staff, certainly, need and can improve hopefully with training by management. One wonders if they really know when and how to use words such as please and thank you?

We went there today and I ordered large size kebab but they put less meat even though I ordered extra meat. I was very disappointed went to return it but their stuff was so rude they took so long to make my order and all they was doing is laughing when I ask them to call their Manager she was also not good. I this the owner should talk to the manager and show her how to respect her customers coz if she herself doesn’t know how to treat her customers than how come she teach her stuff. I am so angry I have worked in a kebab shop too and we don’t treat our customers like that they way she was. I took my mother for a Mother’s Day to get her kebab but all i gave her is making her sad. They have 0 customers service.

Actually I am looking for negative rating. I have ordered chicken wrap. The chicken is too dry & lack of seasonings. Apart from chicken the overall wrap doesn’t has no seasoned at all. Asked them to add garlic aioli & hummus, but both are tasteless. Aioli was like a white paint. Do you guys know what is kebab. It must influenced with more spices & herbs, but there is nothing in my meal. I never reckon this place. Zero
