Ayesha went above and beyond when she was preparing my gluten free wrap. When I told her it was for someone with coeliac disease, she took the extra time to ensure that my sub was completely gluten free, and that there was no cross contamination. I am very grateful for this as not many restaurants take you seriously when you tell them strictly no gluten. Ayesha was also extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, extraordinary service. I wish there were more customer service representatives that were as considerate & responsible as she is.

Had to wait for a long time, understaffed. The subs and the wrap were severely under filled. No salads and cheese even after requesting. I was also charged extra, asked for a receipt , and the worker didn’t put it in my bag.

Absolutely disgusting service. Appreciate everyone has to learn, however suggest you’d try to have a happy smile and pretend you enjoy working there. Slamming things around and not even greeting your customers is not acceptable. Management also reprimanding young staff is not appropriate in front of customers.

Very poor service, the girls seem like they wanna be anywhere else and aren’t very approachable, only came here because other places were closed but just after one visit I definitely wouldn’t go back based on service alone, overall just poor atmosphere and service, staff seemed relatively new so I guess there’s high turnover, maybe management needs to up their game
