This morning (27/06/23), at 6:58am, I entered a Subway restaurant and patiently awaited service, expecting them to open as advertised at 7am. To my surprise, the manager approached me with a dismissive attitude and spoke to me in a disrespectful and impolite manner. He rudely informed me that the opening time was actually 8am, pointing to a piece of paper as evidence. I pointed out that there was a printed sticker on the window indicating a 7am opening time. He responded with further disrespect, insisting that the paper clearly stated an 8am opening time. I remarked, “Wow, you’re really rude about this, aren’t you?” His response was a curt confirmation: “Yep, 8am!”

Came here today and was served by the two most rudest people ever. There was a young indian girl who spoke to me with such disrespect and the young guy who actually made the sandwiches was extremely rude, not only did he roll his eyes when we placed multiple orders he also was hesitant to help at all. I had to tell him how to make a Ham tomato and cheese jaffle and also how to make the subway toastie. Overall extremely terrible service and this seems to be a recurring problem for multiple people.

OMG worst service ever!! Just been to this store and the female employee provided the worst customer service ever – put the wrong stuff in my salad and when I pointed this out blamed me, proceeded to pick out the ingredients I did not want instead of offering to make me a new one!! When this was pointed out accused me of being rude and yelling!! Honestly if she can’t provide proper customer service I suggest she finds a new job!!

Whoever was working today (30/12/22 around 1:30pm) were amazing! Keep seeing a lot of reviews about the service and how it wasn’t good. The service I received today was so good, everyone was super nice, my subway was packed perfectly and it was just the complete opposite of the reviews written on here.
