This is my second review because it is appropriate. I was served by Cameron this morning and got great customer service. I got my usual sub which I love and then he filled me in on two new products returning to the store. Cameron always does great and has great product knowledge. Subway Castle Plaza used to be my go to lunch shop after food shopping and running errands. I am under the impression that it has been taken over be new owners and I couldn’t be more disappointed and upset. The food proportions have gone down heaps. I used to be able to go in and ask for my selected salads and not have to constantly ask to add more. Now I gotta keep asking my server to add more cause their proportions aren’t nearly enough. Extremely dissapointed when my Mum and I went in today and they have removed the senior discount. I am absolutely disgusted. After years of working extremely hard they have retired, so they rely on senior discounts but now that’s been taken away from them. Who do you think you are removing this. Show some respect to your elders! You got to pick up your slack overwise you are going to lose all of your customers. There are plenty of other subways around that still offer the same value for money. Disappointment at its finest…

i went to get subway today (thursday 29th december) at near to closing time and there was one person working there. he was a male with blonde hair. i said “excuse me” to him three times while i was at the counter and he was cleaning the bread case. he ignored me each of those three times. i felt extremely uncomfortable, sad and annoyed at this. after this i strongly doubt i will ever come to this establishment again.

Exemplary customer service! The lady who served me and my mother yesterday afternoon was warm, friendly and professional, and the food was tasty. I was also sitting in store enjoying my sandwich when a man who I presume was a store manager or perhaps the owner who arrived and began to train these two young staff members on how to use the coffee machine. As a former food and hospitality worker, I was very impressed with the quality of his training – he seemed very passionate about what he was teaching, and was very accommodating and patient with the boys. A very small thing to take note of, but it was just wonderful to see. Overall a great experience!

To my surprise whilst shopping at Castle Plaza, Edwardstown just yesterday I came across a brand new Subway store! Situated in a completely different location than the old, rather drab store this awesome new enterprise really looks the part. Food quality is so much better, staff super friendly and really clean and modern. Note: The location pin isn’t accurate, might be a hangover of the last store ownership? Needs attention. The new store is more toward the southern end of the shopping centre. Highly recommend and will definitely be back. Sweet job guys!
