5 stars for the young staff member Koby at South Nowra store. Koby went out of his way to find out which sauces were vegan, including providing me with a written list of ingredients so I could make an informed decision. He cleaned the knife that had previously cut meat without being asked. Very impressive.

Walked in…. Lady was busy stacking drinks waited for a minute…. Went bathroom…. Came back out…. Still stacking drinks…. Waited longer. One lady serving and the Indian ladies out back are chitchating leaving the poor young lady to do all the work. Cleanliness of the eating area is absimal. Salad on the floor and crumbs left everywhere (chairs, tables and benches).

Giving 1 star because I was not happy with what I got. I ordered 24 different kind cookies online and when I got home I found out that I only got 12 of rainbow and and 12 of double choc chip. I would have understood if there was only 2 kinds of cookies displayed at the store but they literally had 5 different kind of cookies so i guess they were just being lazy. I feel like they just packed whatever they felt like packing. Pure laziness.

Even though I don’t visit Subway that frequently, I always find their meals to be good value with a great range available. I’ve never been disappointed by any Subway meal I’ve had. This particular Subway is one of the closest to where I live, so is more convenient for me.

Worst subway I have ever been to. Put an order in the day before for 10am. Turned up and they hadn’t made it yet. I then stood there for 30mins while they made it. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. These people don’t deserve a job!!!!!
