Schnitz Fountain gate has served burnt chicken schnitzel to me in several occasions and when returned they had given another burnt schnitzel instead in few occasions so I have in fact stopped returning the order as there don’t seem to be a proper solution and they seem to be still serving burnt schnitzel. I have shared the pictures of the burnt and damaged chicken schnitzel I was served at the store today. It’s hazardous to health to consume burnt food, I hope the management takes this issue seriously and educate their staff to do better than this.

There was about 4 dine in customers when I went in Schnitz today. I have to wait for almost 30mins for caesar salad with schnitzel, people who came later than me had their meal served before me….food was ok.

I waited in line to order and it was worth it. When I was served it was beautiful customer service. The three of sat and waited a reasonable time for our food for how busy it was. When it came we watch the open kitchen with excitement as people were doing their jobs right and worked beautifully together as a team. We left with belly’s and happy smiles. Will be back!

It was a busy Saturday at fountain gate shopping centre and the food was top class and the service from Bruce the best ever, not only to us (as we were given a different meal to what we ordered) but to everyone that he could reach out to. Watching Bruce deal with every customer was like a trip down memory lane remembering how customer service should be. He is a star and acknowledged everyone and helped anyone he saw. This is how customer service should be. It way better than zombie waitstaff just being present and getting paid to be present.

Waited 45 mins for my take away order with my tired and hungry kids after their swimming lesson while my order was just sitting there behind the counter but nobody bothered to call out to let us know it was ready. We were waiting there the whole time infront of the staff. It’s only when I checked with them to see how long it was going to be, they handed the order to me saying that they had only just put it out. They hadn’t, the chips were all soggy and disgusting as were the wraps! Worst $62 that I’ve ever spent.

Food is good but almost always burnt. Very long wait times. Our food sat in the warmer for 5 minutes before it was given to us. Another customer was told to find her own chair for a table when there wasn’t one there. Not enough staff for how busy the restaurant was. Staff that were working were standing around talking.

Great food and Great chicken shnitzel. While the place was busy on a weekend, we got served 6 plates in under 20 minutes so this was a good surprise as it is apparently not always as fast as per what others experienced. Regardless, it is worth the wait for good food.

Of all the places I’ve been to eat this schnitz has to have the longest wait time. I eat here quite a bit and although the food is good it consistently takes between 40-50 minutes for the food. The quickest its ever taken was 20 minutes and that’s when there was just myself and 2 other customers

You deserve NO stars !!! Staff at fountain gate were all miserable. I dined in, so had over an hour ( because that’s how long it took for food to arrive at my table) to watch interaction with staff and customers. What a bunch of Miserable people. Not one smile, none of the staff looked like they wanted to be there, everything was an effort. They gave me the wrong drink, which i realised after I had tasted it. When I returned it to ask for what I ordered, I was told basically “too bad, you’ve already opened it”.
