I ordered churros at 8:51, they sat there ‘Ready In store’ until 9:31 when i called. They weren’t delivered until 10:05. They were tough, dry and inedible. When I contacted the store, I was told that because we had bitten into one, that the store wasn’t obligated to replace them. Absolutely terrible customer service- definitely won’t return.

Order over an hour late, food arrived late and cold. Store is 4 mins from my house. Rude staff on phone, lied about where our order was, told it hadn’t left store so it would arrive hot, driver told the truth that it had been with him for over 40mins. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, give your money to a small shop owner. Better service and food. NEVER AGAIN.

We were on our way back from snowy mountains. We were very hungry and then came domino’s pizza o my god. It was life saviour. Tastes like heaven. We enjoyed our deal of 6 pizza’s.

I ordered a pizza online for pick up. It said it will be ready in 17-21 minutes. It took 51 minutes to get my pizza. Unbelievably 0 customer service. I don’t know if there is any other pizza shop in Goulburn or not but won’t come back for sure

Ordered on app but paid in store, they charged me an extra $10.50 to what the app said it would be. I told them I was over charged and they didn’t apologise and just gave it back to me in cash, and tried to give me $9.50 instead. Not the first time I’ve been over charged at domino’s.
