All new staff. Really friendly and provided great service. The older lady was so nice and polite. The young man with black hair was so friendly and made lite of the situation that they were new staff. It took a bit longer to be served, but it was worth it. The store was full of fresh backed bread, cookies was full to the rim. The store was so clean and fully stocked. They made great subs. Everything was so fresh and delicious. Thank you. Will definitely be back.

Walked in at 12.30pm on a Sunday, only one person serving, most trays empty, no menue screens turned on and when I asked if they had any chicken schnitzels I was told “what you see is what you get, we’re still doing prep ” by the young lad who Walked in from the back room. I felt like walking out.

The service was the worst that I have ever had, arrived at 8:20 pm, the restaurant is supposed to close at 9 pm and the girl was really disagreeable, and putting the pressure on us to choose what we want in less than 5 minutes because they wanted to clock off more than half an hour before, she should be fired to know that it’s not by acting like that that she will go far in her life. Really disappointed.

The food was okay, however the service was terrible! The staff seemed unwelcoming and they rolled their eyes when asked questions. I’m wondering if it was blatant racism! The restaurant also looked as if rats cover the grounds at night and the seats were still on the table, even when it was lunchtime. Customers had to take the chairs off themselves and clean their own tables! The toilets were also broken. Back where I’m from, the service is never this terrible. I am very appalled and this is the first time I’ve ever left a bad review. So disappointed.

Ordered on the subway app at 11am today and told us it would be ready in 15 minutes when I got there they hadn’t started our order and ended up waiting 45 minutes in store for them to make 3 subs.

Staff person dropped some of the ingredients on counter, picked it up and put back into sub, when asked to replace the contaminated food she just took it out and continued did not ask if we wanted fillings with our sub, closed it then opened it again, the ingredients were not very good looking (carrot, lettuce and cucumber all in one pot) when putting the dressing on only put in on the outer edge of the sub, did not listen when we asked to have it cut in half and had to be told twice. Did not speak clearly mumbled her words. Not a good staff person, no customer service skills at all.
