Good dumplings here and staff were very attentive. It is the best place I’ve been for yum cha and recommend it if you like it. However, the space is crammed and a bit chaotic. Other than that, the food is pretty good.

Service and atmosphere definitely needs to improve. Had to ask several times for drinks and condiments which never came. Pretty frustrating when you spend $400. The price doesn’t warrant the quality of food provided – there are others in this strip that do better and charge appropriately. The most annoying thing you can do is rush us out by giving the bill to pay when we’re still eating and socialising. Note: they didn’t have shark fin soup either on a Saturday night

Pretty good selection of prawn dim sum options, and they’re quite tasty! Although I wished the carts can come out quicker. We were sat at a corner and rather far from the kitchen, with 1-hour eating time, I don’t think we got to see every menu that they had to offer.

Food was pretty average. Nothing to brag about. Service from the young lady with the glasses was another story. She was very abrupt and seemed angry. Left our party of 4 feeling as if we did something wrong. Seriously lady treat your customers with a little warmth and respect. Waited a long time for our drinks and our fried rice that was ordered with all our main meals came out after we had finished our mains considering we asked about it a couple of times. would have liked to have eaten it with our other mains. Overall, not a great dining experience but enjoyed our company with great friends. Won’t be dining here again that’s for sure.

We came here for lunch today. We were given 1 hour to dine-in, that’s fine but when we still have 30 mins left we already given the bill to pay. We were upstairs and there were a few tables empty. But we got to rush to eat hot steaming dumplings & drink hot tea just to finish, after we paid the bill, we cant even order more food. It was a really hectic experience for yamcha. The best dish i ever tasted is the egg tart & tofu pudding. Will we return? I’ll have to think about it.

Cosy restaurant with the most attentive and friendly staff I have ever encountered during yum cha, and would regularly check in on our table. Came here on impulse after getting a friend recommendation, got a table right away despite not booking ahead, and did not regret as their yum cha were among the best we had in Melb, absolutely love their steamed delicacies most!
