Best Chinese food we have ever had. Big boast I know but it was incredible. Super tasty and pleanty on your plate. Was so good we kept picking at each others dishes. We almost had to roll ourselves back out the door!

I can’t believe this place has not been closed down. 4 males finishing up, we entered and had to call them from out the back. Our food was frozen in the middle, yes FROZEN! The dishes were small and mediocre. The place is a mess. Stuff everywhere, including medications on the counter. English is either non existent or minimal. The toilets offered dish/hand wash and shampoo. I don’t even know where to go with that. There’s even a bed tucked away in there. It looks and just feels filthy. They have you QR and pay for your order prior to getting it, so beware you will not get a refund. I would not recommend this place, even if you are starving. I understand making a living is difficult, but this goes from difficult to simply not caring about health and safety and dodging food poisoning.

It was very quiet when we arrived (9pm on a Friday night) and we ordered via the qr code. 25 minutes later we got our drinks, including ‘china tea’, which turned out to be a dilmah teabag. After 40 minutes we received our first dish- tea eggs, which were totally fine. Our steamed dumplings then arrived, which were stone cold. Another 10 minutes for our Chinese broccoli, which was fine, but cost $17. At close to an hour, we asked about our main dish (sausage mixed noodles) and were told it was 2 minutes away. Ten minutes later it arrived in a takeaway container (we requested this as we were super ready to leave), again cold. Like, fridge cold. The dish turned out to be egg noodles with some chili oil and sliced salami of some kind on top. Genuinely one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had in Chinatown.

I feel sorry for the young waitress … she was the only one serving for a restaurant that was near full capacity … about 30 people.

Ordered with 2 other people in the place, took 1.3hours for uncooked dumplings. Having to resend it back and only having it microwaved. Absolute waste of time. Everything was undercooked. Ruined our night. Couldn’t even leave because they couldn’t/wouldn’t refund us. Even Gordon Ramsey couldn’t fix this place.

Food was really good. Service was slow, which was no issue for me, but definitely need some help out front

So many things wrong with this place. There was my group and only one other table of 2 people and the time for food was absolutely ridiculous. A couple of dishes came out and an hour passed before a couple more did. Over an hour and a half later, we still hadn’t received a serving of fried chicken which we asked about multiple times and kept being told that it was on the way. We ended up leaving and waited at the desk for someone to talk to about getting a refund, but no one came out after 15 minutes. So we left as we had somewhere to be, lost money because we couldn’t get a refund and didn’t get the food we came for. 2 of the servings of dumplings were still stone cold in the middle, they chucked it in the microwave and brought it back out. The outter layer was hot and inside was still cold. Left them on the table as they were inedible. To make matters worse, as we were walking out we saw TWO RATS run through a gap between the booth chairs absolutely shocked this place is still up and running.

Ordered delivery. The food was delicious, timely, and all instructions (no shellfish, extra hot Singapore noodles) were followed to a tee. Dumplings, fish fingers, Singapore noodles and kung po chicken were especially good.
