Rose Garden BBQ in Melbourne was an enjoyable dining experience. The Chinese BBQ offered a wide selection of fresh and flavorful meats, perfect for grilling at the table. The side dishes were also delicious and complemented the main course well. The staff was attentive and helped us with the grilling process. The cozy and inviting atmosphere added to the overall dining pleasure. However, it could get busy during peak hours, resulting in longer wait times.

I am not pretty sure why this restaurant has got good rates. It might be cause some loyal/regular customers. Beside one of the staff was rude as I might know because they are really busy, foods quality are even below standard. They don’t know how hat is spicy means. They put heaps of dry chili flakes next to the food and named it spicy food.

Had BBQ pork omelette on rice, and there was a lot of meat and gravy. Definitely loved it. Something special compared to the typical Asian HK food cause the gravy was different. Portion was big as well.

Authentic Malaysian roast pork and crispy pork rice, “char siew, siew yok fan”! Oh My, it really made my day! The right smokey fragrant, not too sweet, just the right ratio for a Malaysian taste bud and anyone wanting a real Malaysian cuisine. The crispy pork skin crunch in the mouth. Instantly felt I am back home in Malaysia “kopitiam”. I realised I miss home as I savour the meal 🙂 bring cash if you are spending below AUD 40. Crowded, speedy, smell of bbq pork wafting in the air, background song, and conversations from dine-in customer. A very typical Malaysian/Asian/Hong Kong vibe sort of restaurant.
