We decided to check out this shop because it had a good rating. But when we got there, the lady at the front counter was super impatient, didn’t even bother with an introduction on how to order. We ended up getting charged a whopping $41 for the food. And get this, it’s a self-serve place! But even then, the staff didn’t bother to explain anything, and the place wasn’t even busy. So, yeah, we won’t be coming back, and we wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

It’s very standard chicken and rice combo, but I didn’t really like overall taste of the dish. And for the noodle dish, the noodle portion is small and not enough for a full meal. But I would say that I’m surprised by the amount of green vegetables. Usually in other places, it’s 2-3 pieces, but there’s so much more here.

The broths are flavorful and the roast pork is juicy. Bbq pork and roast duck on the drier side.

Great food. The Roast Duck and the Roast Pork were tender and flavourful (w the pork skin still crispy). I had the Brisket Noodles and the beef was very tender. The noodles were a little on the ‘soggy’ side.

Had Yeong tow foo and curry soup…nice! Their sambal complement was delicious without being overly spicy…

Grand BBQ has been around for ages, in the Target Centre. It’s quite a small place and used to be hampered by lack of seating space, but now they’ve put big tables along the walkway for anyone to use, GOOD MOVE!

This place has been around for years and has always represented great value. Don’t expect table service. You order at the counter, find a table, they call your number out, you collect your meal and hope no one has taken your table. For the price it is damn good.

Legendary small shop selling BBQ Pork and other Chinese roast meat on top of either noodle soup or dry noodle, even rice. Always love visiting this place since 8 years ago. My favorite is to choose a 6 items of various dumplings to be boiled in Chicken stock along with tiny egg noodles. The condiments like Chili oil and Hoisin sauce only accentuates the already flavorsome soup. Big portion too!

Cannot believe their prices. I was told that their BBQ pork was $54 per kg which is a rort because even Sydney only charge $30 to $35 per kg. I couldn’t believe it.
