Miss Mai is a Vietnamese lunch bar with authentic Vietnamese takeaway food. Our chef grew up in Vietnam and brings her simple, yet refined palate of Vietnamese / French Colonial fusion food for your enjoyment. All food preparation and cooking is done on the premises. Seating is limited and the shop is usually busy from midday to 1pm. As well as our Pirie St shop, we have a shop at Gawler Place in the city.

Must-try vietnamese lunch spot! Goog value for money. Their salads are fresh and flavourful, especially the pork salad. The roast pork with steamed rice is a showstopper. Quick service if on a hurry. During lunch time there could be queues. A gem for lovers of fresh vietnamese cuisine.

Had a bread roll with Roast pork with crackling today and it was amazing. The line up to collect your food was long but they served everyone their food pretty quickly. Customer service here is amazing too.

The food is so tasty, but my frustration is the lack of consistency with the people serving you. The bread rolls are either perfectly prepared with a good amount of meat for your $$ or the other extreme where the meat is scarce!!!
