Two stars. For the staff that were doing their best & working under the busiest conditions today at lunch. They were smashed. The lady at the front counter did a great job. Unfortunately, I’ve paid $20 for a rubbish ..coleslaw was soggy, & buns crumbly & dry, hot food was cold – largely inedible as per photo. One more staff member for a couple of hours today could have made A massive difference to this terrible experience & saved 20 mins of waiting. I hope the management get their act together for the sake of the good staff.

Kitchen was closed an hour before advertised closing time of the store. All that was available was a small selection of pre-made rolls in the window. I understand kitchens don’t close right in closing time but an hour before is a long time. Customers would expect to still be able to order from the full menu at that time.

What a joke..management take note of your lazy staff..I was served by a young girl with pink hair..I wanted some prawn rolls and was told by the girl they had none left..I requested she make some and she said no as they were closing in an hour so she couldn’t…not the employee of the month that’s for sure.

$17 for pho combo. It’s alright not great and not bad. They give you a buzzer to page you once its ready but definitely not something you can grab quickly. They also can make it quite spicy. Pulled chicken pho was alright. Flaming prawns were really good, might grab those again.
