I usually love Roll’d. It’s one of my go-to places to have lunch on campus. However, I was really disappointed today by the service and food quality. First of all, the person they put at the counter today was not at all welcoming. I had to be the one to tell him I’m ready to order and etc. I let it go though assuming he was having a bad day or something. I got my usual, BBH soup but it was so bad this time. The beef wasn’t cooked properly and the broth was so strong. When it came out there was a spoonful of the BBH soup paste that wasn’t mixed. I tried to give it a chance but the broth wasn’t even hot enough to mix it or cook the beef so I just left. I’ll still give Roll’d a chance but I’m just really disappointed today.
