A very pleasant visit. Beautiful water views. Seals lolling on the rocks. Staff were very professional and friendly. The high tea was nice. Not nearly enough cream and jam for the scones. The cream comes from a spray can. I feel that real cream would have been preferable considering the standard of the restaurant. Can cream is definitely a downfall. The seafood past was excellent. The beer battered fish n chips is about the same as anywhere with just a bigger pricetag. It’s definitely worth the visit, but if you are prepared to pay their prices make sure you enjoy something you don’t usually eat at home. Thank you.

It located at the very deep end of the road. No restaurant designated parking. You gotta park at the end of the road and pay street parking fee. Limited parking spots ‼️ Good atmosohere and vibe at the restaurant generally. Attentive service. Outdoor(big windows) seat was impressive with good views. Food was not impressive other than steak. Very overpriced for considering food quality. Steak was $58 and it was the best. But again, you can go other place for similar quality but less the money. Spaghetti was absolutely disappointing so blend as well as roast eggplant. Probably the eggplant was the worst. I guess the price of food is obviously inclusive of vibe and view. Nice for ‘money is ready to spend, lets catch up girls after long time’ thing or fancy lunch date out. 15% public holiday surcharge

Brilliant! My partner and I decided to try Ripples on their set menu promotion for August. The meal was obviously portioned to suit the price of the set menu but it tasted amazing and turns out the portions were perfect. The john dory and tartare were the best choices. The only downside was being seated in the old building and not the nice glass box but then I suppose we wouldn’t have had Omar serving us. His service was impeccable and so friendly! What a champion. The promotion was great to get a taste and I’m sure we’ll be back during the day to enjoy the view. Hope Omar serves us again, he topped our night off

The view is amazing. I don’t like the food though. Entrees were ok. 3 of the main courses were so dry and bland. Focaccia was worse than supermarket bought. The restaurant should have a better chef to match with its view and setting

Great location right on the waterfront, good service for afternoon tea, food a bit average didn’t expect mini croissants or choc brownies can get them anywhere. Tea served at the end , would like to have been offered it with my scones overall okay champagne was lovely

Came here for Mother’s day. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and the service. However the food was sub-par. Would have expected better from a place like this and in this price range. The biggest disappointment was in the steak as it was very lean cut that made it dry and chewy. Fish was ok and the Gin and Tonic was drowned in so much Ice that it soon lost its taste.

We had a seaside table on the alfresco. The food was scrumptious. We love the pasta Spaghettoni the most, and Paradelle was good, too. The oysters were yummy but small. Overall, we enjoyed the meal very much.

Love the view. I like the trout cigar, haven’t seen that before. Didn’t like the John Dory and the lamb dish. The truffle chips are good.
