Fairly average McDonald’s, toilets weren’t overly clean and gave you the skin crawls looking around them too closely. Takes a while to receive service from staff if you choose not to use the self-service machines which don’t accept cash so if you are paying cash you might stand around watching 4 staff standing around watching you and refusing to serve you while they twiddle their thumbs but eventually service is receive.

Today i ordered only a large chicken nugget meal and it took me 45 minutes to come out of the restaurant. I ordered via the machine as nobody was taking service and after paying i waited around for about 25 minutes watching people leave with their food left and right, however me and a few others were still waiting, i went up to the desk and asked if there was a problem and where my food was the server just walked away, after another 10 minutes my number was called out, however this time they got my order completely wrong giving me a big mac and a coke, then after a FURTHER 10 minute wait i FINALLY got my food, when i left however i realised the sprite i ordered was instead a sparkling water.

When you drive through and request a double choc, double Oreo and pay, and get home and it has half a shot of Oreo and no double choc. Seriously this is not ok. If you pay for what you want and don’t get it it’s not ok. I’ll be coming into the store in future to make sure I get what I pay for.

I normally can come here and pick up an afternoon snack for my autistic son before school pickup. Gradually the service of lately is getting worse and worse. I understand you can’t help selfish people who have to rush through the drive thru because waiting an extra 2-3 minutes for their daily pigout is too hard, but waiting a total of 30 minutes in the drive thru is a joke. After I managed to get to the pickup window, all I saw was staff standing there chatting not working at all. Then I’m finally serviced by a young lad who mentioned he’s just started his shift. Maybe suggest hiring more people like him instead of the others. This occurred between 3-3.35pm in afternoon.

They did not have the cognitive knowledge to process a code number of an off-site phone order so a local young woman could have breakfast. Screenshots and code sent to head office. They agreed this store stuffed up.
