We had the grilled fish of the day and Joey’s special plus tomato sauce and tartare sauce. The grilled fish was cooked perfectly. So were the prawn cocktails and calamari. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and enjoyed our meal. Internal seating wasn’t restaurant quality but sufficient for a typical fish and chips shop, which is more about the food than the ambiance.

Quick lunch break in between visiting time at the hospital. The place was well equipped with plenty of room and tables. Also very clean. Ordered the 6 piece cocktails and chips plus calamari and tassie scallop. The fish cocktails were a bit small and definitely a frozen product but still OK to eat. The chips were my highlight as it was cooked well.
