Hands down The worst customer service ever, there was no one even there and and it was really quiet but I still stood there waiting for someone to serve me for a good 5-7 minutes. The food was cold and the chicken had a bad smell to it. Never coming here ever again

It’s been perfect, there’s this new boy I see working there I assume that’s the manager there. Ever since then the food has been wonderful, tenders are juicy, warm and anything else I get is perfect. Before hand every-time I get tenders they would be dry or when buying 3-5 of them the last one is less than the original size of one and it was ridiculous and made me not go to red rooster for months. Last night my husband bought Red Rooster 8 pcs Fried chicken in a box with Chips, Mash potato, and Slaw, (May 19, 2023) (around 6pm)The coleslaw had a smell and was not eaten. This is the second time this has happened, the first time the mashed potato was watery and also had a smell. Seriously Melton Red Rooster you need to check the food before you serve it.
