Ordered tropical pack and asked that the chicken be half a chicken for which I paid extra. When it was handed to me I confirmed it was a half chicken, they confirmed it was (stupidly I took their word for it) got home to Kallaroo, quarter of a chicken. Rang the contact number, got recorded message, asked for call, have heard nothing… very disappointing

The crunchifried chicken was dry and shrivelled and its temperature was lukewarm,it was inedible it had clearly been sitting there for sometime. The chips were also lukewarm. This seems to be the norm with this chicken treat store in particular. Going by the reviews most people have the same issues but nothing is being done by the store to rectify this happening time and again.

Chicken was obviously left over from the day before, it was tougher than jerky. Was so dry and burnt the skin just cracked and crumbled. Looks like they don’t learn from reviews either. Going by the rest of the reviews you haven’t learnt or changed a thing. I wont be filling in the survey.

First time we have been to the Padbury store & I must say the crispy chicken was excellent & service was great. I have never seen chicken portions that size. I ordered the 3 piece box & I couldn’t eat it all. Great value for money. Will definately go back.
