Amazing pizza joint in Newtown. You must book in advance to get a seat. Their clam pizza is our favourite and a must order! We tried the Cavolo Nero pizza which was nice- great balance of spice, salt and an amazing charred crispy green.

Bella Brutta in Sydney has earned its place on my list of the best pizzerias! Truth be told, dining there was an incredible experience, and the food was nothing short of delightful. I highly recommend trying their signature clam pizza, which is simply delicious. was really satisfying, light, burst of flavour of garlics, lemon zest and parsley the crust is pillowy, but not soggy, unlink other places. Wood-fire gave it a nice smokiness.

YUM!!! I did not have a reservation when I went but since I was dining alone, I was seated at the bar promptly. I ordered the spicy sausage pizza which was delicious and a citrusy cocktail (forgot the name) which paired well with the pizza! The service was friendly and the atmosphere was lovely. I’ll make a point to visit again when in Sydney! Very highly recommended!

We had a fantastic night at Bella Brutta! The food was amazing, we had kingfish tartare to start which was delicious and fresh, olives, sausage pizza which was amazing and of course the clam pizza which we loved and think everyone should try (even if you don’t like seafood!!). Thanks for a fantastic night, amazing service and great food! We will be back again 🙂

Checked out this buzzing pizza joint in Newtown. While the stone oven pizza arrived hot with a crispy crust, the soggy bottom was a bit of a letdown. The highlight was definitely watching the pizza-making process! With pizza making up a whopping 2/3 of their menu, our expectations were sky high. Sadly, we left feeling underwhelmed.

Excellent service. Staff were super attentive throughout the night. Coming back regularly to fill our cups and offer suggestions. The pizza range were amazing. Tastes way better than it looks.
