#GamiChicken&Beer is the only Korean food in Melton. We’ve tried their fried chicken , and it wasn’t the best compared to other ones closer to the city. I recalled some of their dishes, such as japchae, bulgogi beef and kimchi fried rice, are not too bad. So I ordered japchae and kimchi fried rice to take away yesterday. Kimchi Fried Rice was still delicious as always, but the japchae was disappointing. It was bland and tasteless; I had to top it up with extra bulgogi sauce at home to compensate for the taste.

Love the other Gami and wanna have it here ? DON’T. Save yourself. Go down the road and get Nene Chicken. The chicken is horrible here. They don’t change the oil. The most spicy isn’t even a tiny spicy like other gami. The smash is sweet almost like they mixed salt and sugar.

Food is a lovely portion. Ate the Gami Wing, battered fries and kimchi Fried rice. All of it were really good. Service is superb. Would recommend for family dine in experience.

Got takeaway, Regular boneless fried chicken $21… It had sparingly spread shredded pieces, seemed like the leftovers that is scooped out of oil after frying. It was cold by the time I got home, cos there was no real piece to contain the heat.

I tried to go out to dinner here and had a terrible experience. We arrived at about 5:10pm and walked in and every table was covered in dirty plates, the only other people in the restaurant were 3 girls who seemed to be celebrating a birthday. We found a table with a highchair and started cleaning it, and were approached by someone who told us they were closed until 5:30. If they were closed why were those people still there celebrating the birthday? We were surprised as the opening hours didn’t reflect this, as we left we saw a hand drawn sign on the glass that said closed until 5:30. We went back to the car and waited about 20 minutes until 5:30 and then returned. We assumed that they were closed to clean the tables, but we were wrong as every table was still filthy and still covered in dirty plates and food when we came back. We moved the dirty plates from one table ourselves and tried to find a highchair but another family had come and were using all 3 of the highchairs so my daughter had nowhere to sit. Brought our own portable highchair from the car, which wasn’t ideal. We took some menus from another table to look at, these were also filthy, so greasy. We wiped the table and the menus ourselves and were looking at the menus for about 10 minutes, this entire time no one came to clean any of the tables, the whole place was so dirty and disgusting we ended up leaving. We were really excited to try this place, but will never be returning.
