Ordered three chicken legs and chips through drive through on Sunday evening. Not only did I not receive legs but three pieces of I didn’t recognise and cooked in old fat. I had to look for any chicken and ended up throwing it all away except for the chips.

Last time I went here they had no chips or nuggets for the day and it was probably only 11am. No chips at Red Rooster… Today I thought I’d give them another try and they had a sign up saying closed due to unforeseen circumstances. Sinking ship. It’s a shame because I love the chicken at Red Rooster.

Ordered online, checked in. After 25 minutes they gave my order to someone else. I saw it and challenged but the staff insisted it was theirs. They have no screen with order progress. They never call out names or order numbers, just “online order” and they get mixed up.

Hi wasn’t very clean at all a restaurant needs to be cleaned all the time. Service was slow they were serving drive thru. Instead of getting the orders done for the customers this was every time I have been there the last time was 2 weeks ago tables and floors werent even cleaned so need to train them to clean sorry
