Delicious charcoal chicken in Rivo! The chicken was succulent and juicy which is all you can ask for with a perfect amount of that charcoal flavour from the grill. Also really enjoyed the chips; great portion and plenty of chicken salt.

Extremely rude customer service, it seemed it was an inconvenience for me to be served. All of the staff seemed angry with no care as to how customers were treated. I ordered a simple chicken roll- pre cooked/prepped ingredients that should take 5 minutes to wrap up and toast. This process somehow took upwards of 20 minutes, probably due to their prioritisation of prepping and simply just showing no urgency to provide efficient service. The wrap was quite nice, however chicken was dry and it was just nothing special. I ordered some pickles as well, and oh my god I think I have exceeded my yearly sodium intake in one sitting. Such a simple side that really shouldn’t be messed up. Possibly the worst service I’ve had. I hope this can be worked on
