Another great new addition to the Sydney food scene. The modern rustic interior is well spaced and open whilst still feeling cozy. The menu is just the right size, enough to get you thinking but not so much as to create confusion. The options though provide a great range of rich flavours that really show off the talent of the chefs. The pasta is of course made in house and is wonderful. The wine list is good as are the cocktails.

Nice fine Italian food to offer. Went for a team dinner and it’s a dark & warm ambient in the restaurant, great for dates and friends catching up. All the dishes are amazing. However the potion of special pasta today was not filling. Had to order sides. Pistachio Tiramisu tastes heavenly. Will recommend to everyone. Staffs are polite and helpful, always topping up drinks & waters.

Came here for a birthday celebration and was left a little bit disappointed. The decore restaurant reminded me of Europe. The seats were comfortable and their was a clear distinction of areas for intimate groups to a more spacious area for larger tables. The lighting was perfect for a nice night out. Service wise though, it was a hit and miss. In the early 5:30pm service, staff had a smile and were attentive, however as the night progressed, it felt that they were overwhelmed. The restaurant was quite full, but trying to get someone to give us a dessert menu, clear the table or give us a bill, took longer than most other restaurants which I’ve been to. Food wise, there was a few unique pastas on the menu and each cooked well. The sauces were a bit more on the buttery and thick side and lacked a nice balance of zing or spice. This was the same for the scallops cudos as well (just lacked something like a citrus element). The yoghurt sorbet with the poached pear was also too icey. Luckily though, the mascapone dessert though was on point and had nice flavours and textures. Unfortunately, when I made the booking, I specified that my event was a birthday celebration, and there wasn’t even a mention when we came or a message on the desserts. Overall, it was okay. I hope they continue to make refinements as the staff, menu and decor has a lot of potential.

Super delicious food. Our server Claus was friendly and efficient all evening. Only feedback is that despite being advised that the meal is “family style sharing”, the portions were definitely not family style

Another amazing restaurant by The Love Tilly Group. The pastas were all cooked to perfection and the sauces were phenomenal. The Marron was the star of the show, especially the sauce!! We had to order more bread just so we could soak up all that deliciousness. 10/10 could not fault

Great date night venue if you want to impress. Excellent food, service and wine list. Was recommended an good bottle within our price range. Pasta portion size is a bit small and we were only allowed 90mins before next booking.

Beautiful venue and beautiful food. Being vegetarian, there was plenty to choose from on the entrees and sides, and the scarpinocc was perfectly cooked with a buttery sauce. Extensive wine list and the cocktails were also great. Bit of a hit and miss with the service but we were taken care of and being new, some leeway has to be given.

I came to palazzo salato for lunch with the office, It’s authentic upscale Italian dining. The place can cater to dietary restrictions as well but otherwise you find a range of fresh seafood, variety of pasta and deserts.
