I always come here for lunch when I’m in Mooloolaba. They have amazing vegan bowls Went here again on Monday 14th of august and it was packed but the girls were incredible and so efficient preparing orders. I was seriously impressed with how quick and still friendly and service oriented they were.

We love a good poke bowl. Bit expensive and they are a bit pedantic,( weighing the salmon) but always tastes great. Though different young staff each time, and the gas burner for searing salmon is not always working. I’ve seen a customer helping one of the very young staff, with a faulty gas burner out on the footpath.

I had lunch here yesterday, unfortunately even though they state they have gluten free ingredients after having lunch I stared feeling sick. Not sure if the ingredients were crossed contaminated or some of them had gluten in, maybe the standard mayonnaise was not gluten free. This was the only food I had in the all day, because unfortunately I was not able to eat anything else after. Please provide training to staff regarding celiac disease as it is very dangerous for us. If you can’t cater for us, staff should say so when costumers state they are celiac.

So unbelievably nutritious and fresh – even at 4 pm in the afternoon! I ordered the large but struggled to finish it because it was that filling. I was also after the Tuna bowl but the lovely guy who served us said the fishermen didn’t catch any tuna that morning and had caught trout instead. Nice to know that all of their ingredients – even down to the fish, are fresh DAILY. Love this place, would highly recommend for a healthy eat-out option!

Got two large bowls with salmon and the portioning (especially the amount of salmon – one small scoop) is quite disappointing considering the price you pay ($17.90). It also doesn’t seem like there’s a notable difference between the way they make their regular and large except for the size of the container and a bit of extra rice (or other base). A lot of add-ons are also unavailable. I was very keen to try out this place but unfortunately I left there feeling rather disillusioned.
