Sadly this Hungry Jacks is short staffed, the food arrives at standard times and the workers are nice. However sometimes the food is cold when your eating it. And also half the times I’ve been there they have got my order wrong, and they haven’t even apologised for doing that, and the staff can be grumpy at times, which doesn’t make it an enjoyable trip

Very rude staff and very unclean tables. Happens frequently. My partner was trying to correct the lady as she got the order wrong.
