If you’re in Orange, you need to make this one of your dining experiences. Brilliant food, great staff, not crowded. We recently went to Japan for 3 weeks and have been craving authentic Japanese food, this is it! I wish they were local to us.

So great to have such a quality Japanese Restaurant in regional NSW! We had the Chicken Katsu Bento Box, Seafood Ramen, Braised Pork Belly, Miso Soup and the Soft Shell Crab Roll. All meals were delicious and fresh, the service was friendly and quick! Such a great feeling to enjoy a world quality meal with great service. We travelled from Parkes to Orange to enjoy this meal and I recommend this place absolutely. I believe they are now also open in Bathurst. 10/10

We came here for dinner for 2, having prebooked. The restaurant was packed so bookings are necessary. The service was great with all the staff being very friendly. We had the Wagyu Beef which was juicy, perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. The terriyaki chicken which was piping hot and full of flavour. The spicy edamame which was definitely spicy. The calamari was crunchy on the outside, and tender on the inside.

Fantastic Japanese dinner right in the middle of Orange. The food was exceptional and I could not recommend Raku enough. Definitely worth booking ahead as they get busy, and you will understand why once you try their dishes!

The quality of the food here is less than impressive. Service was good, the atmosphere of the restaurant was also good, if something of a shock. Why so many people go to a restaurant that offers such mediocre food is a surprise. Wagyu Beef Katsu is something you have to avoid unless you want to deep fry your belt and eat that. People of Orange must set the bar for Japanese food astoundingly low for this place to still be open.

We enjoyed our meal greatly. Lots of options to choose from, sashimi, sushi, hot dishes, starters etc. The Nadu dengaku was delicious as was the Udon Seafood soup. The waitress was not overly friendly..
