They serve the best ramen I’ve ever had, because I eat any other ramen and think how poorly they make it. The lady in the store has been nice to me every time. The bento box here will be my most anticipated meal every week. None of this is an exaggeration, this is by far the best sushi place in Tasmania, if not all over Australia.

Decided to try out this place when coming to Hobart. Staff is ok, the place is warm, nicely designed and decorated. However, the ramen is really lack of flavour and wow factor which I couldn’t find any good ramen place since my last trip from Japan. It got the creamy taste but not the depth of flavour in terms of pork broth (tonkotsu). The noodle texture was also not what I expect from ramen. Don’t think it’s freshly-made but I can be wrong. The egg got the flavour but not as runny as my preference. The char-siu pork has a good flavour though. Good value.

Great dinner, best sushi I’ve ever had. Sushi is 10/10 amazing. The sauce dispenser is a bit different, but it works. Love the decor, the soft lighting is perfect for a date night.

The sushi was good! I love em all. But the poke bowl is quite weird because they use jasmine rice instead of the usual japanese sushi rice, and the vinegar is not mixed well with the rice. So I am not recommending the poke bowl.
