Sushi rice was dry and cold, taste like it’s been sitting for ages. Even though ordered fresh. All came at once instead of progressively and took 15minutes. Staff ignorant. 1 plate never even turned up.

I love this sushi train. They have more varieties than other regions. Lots of vegetarian options to choose from and they even prepared unlimited Mayo and sweet chilli sauce on the train.

Went there expecting nice fresh sushi, we had leftovers from lunch, no variety unless you ordered over counter which was expensive and we did as nothing was being added to the sushi train about 12 plates going around with stale sushi and the same dish with no variety at all. We ate lunch leftovers!!! Ordered a couple of plates of temura veg and tempura prawns, tasted like old cooking oil, 5 pieces of soggy veg for $15 and 5 prawns for $15. No hot food dumplings or chicken spring rolls or anything up for taking either! We did go at about 6.30pm, it is open till 8pm. No service to speak of, food absolutely appalling. Never again for dinner, it might be better during the day but we wont be going back. Can’t recommend anything there. Worst I have ever eaten even spat some back into a tissue I wasn’t game to swallow it. Brown avocado in a couple of sushi rolls, very stale food.

Made a request for fresh made sushi. I am pregnant and only eat the chicken sushi. Noticed that the guy preparing my sushi had just made an uncooked salmon sushi and was making Mike but hadn’t changed his gloves. Requested for this to be done and got stared at like it was the worst thing in the world. Ended up walking out. If it that’s big a deal to ensure your customers are happy and safe then I won’t be eating there again

Clean spacious outlet inside the shopping mall, just after you enter from the covered parking, can’t miss it. Very clean and plenty of seating options specially around the Sushi train. Some dishes are a bit and miss. For example the tuna maki or rolls are very poor in quantities, the fried chicken and chicke teriyaki are very lovely, the California roll is not related to the any known California roll and not recommended. It’s nice they offer Japanese mayo and sweet chilli on the belt for free but need to ask for saucepan for soy sauce.
