Pizza wasn’t even cut ‍♂️Regret supporting local and not just ordering from the dominos pizza truck 30 secs walk up the street. Staff on the phone were less than helpful, pizzas weren’t worth the price. Staff in store didn’t want to help resolve the issue and were more interested in collecting payment and getting you out of the store. Definitely won’t be rushing back, hope the dominos truck doesn’t go anytime soon.

I Ordered my pizzas an hour prior pick up & payed for online. As I arrived to pick it up my pizzas won’t made yet, there was serval of other people annoyed & angry who had been waiting longer. The manager was hiding at the back sending the new & younger employees to deal with the chaos & angry customers. The manager was very unprofessional & everyone can see him not wanting to come & speak to us or give us refunds. His attitude was very disrespectful & if he’s going to keep running the business it’s only going to get worse.

I ordered online for delivery, however pizza was delivered 30 minutes early, normally this would be ok but since this was for a team lunch, by the time we got to eat it, it was stone cold. Pizza was ordered for a certain time so it would align with a lunch break for my team. Sadly when phoned the store they told me picking a time to get delivered is pretty much useless and could not help. Won’t be ordering again.

Pizzas and sides are OK but constantly leave off extra toppings and under fill portions of sides in containers. Ordered 2 large ice creams with tonight’s order (advertised clearly S 32 ounces each) but only 20 ounces in each – small are 16 ounce. Rang to complain and was told by person identifying as manager that as we received a tub with ice cream in it there was no issue and that there is no problem on our end if the weights don’t match. Pretty much every time we have ordered the tubs look full until you take out a scoop and realise they are half air. Very unhelpful. Quality of food varies considerably- if it’s a busy night it’s burnt, wrong and too hard to fix.
