We eat Herbs Pizza at a minimum once a month, we have even had weeks when we ordered 3days in a row. We have never ever been disappointed. The phone system could definitely improve but you certainly know you’ve rung a pizza shop when you order by phone. Great job Ulverstone, Devonport and Burnie.

Pizzas were nice however they got our order wrong and when I called back they didn’t believe me and I had to send them photographs to an employees phone. This experience was quite awkward and the supervisor Amelia was rude, and straight out the said no, I made them. Basically she called me a liar. They gave me a credit for one pizza, no sincere apology, the whole time I felt like I was in the wrong. Clearly they don’t value their customer service!
