Very disappointed food was awful over $70 for nothing know one could eat anything. Two sweet sour pork smelled like vinegar and was extremely sickening vinegar taste nothing sweet or nice about it. Both tiny trays there not even pineapple huge awful huge chunks of tasteless pork 🙁 they don’t use yummy tiny thin stir fry pork pieces in tasty batter. Both were sitting in one vinegar oily mess. Small Garlic beef no garlic taste , just strange pungent awful sauce know one could stomach and same with small beef black bean everything was thrown away. Sizes are so tiny a family of 4 would be hungry . They use to have large portion sizes big containers better prices and normal Aussie Chinese flavours we know and love.

The pittsworth Chinese is very hit or miss, sometimes it’s the best Chinese I’ve ever had and sometimes it falls a little flat, it’s never awful or inedible though. They are currently in the middle of changing owners so I understand that it’s a bit of a fumble. They always have the food hot and ready to eat when they say and even give away prawn chips sometimes if they took a little longer. My personal favorites are the honey chicken and the rainbow fillet steak. Both very different flavors but both taste amazing. Definitely recommend giving it a go and for anyone from out of town to try.

I can’t even remember dining at this restaurant – but if it’s on par with the other great experiences I had in Pittsworth then I’m comfortable giving it a thumbs up 😀

We had takeaway dinner on Saturday, the pork, the chicken and the spring rolls were really lovely however the special fried rice was very ordinary, had a few prawns and sadly not much else. I love fried rice but this was a disappointment. Happy to buy their meals but not the rice I’ll cook my own

New owners Ben and James! The service was exceptional and the food tantalising and aromatic. The serving sizes were huge and great value for money. Definitely recommend the Honey prawn and Honey chicken – out of this world.

I ordered the lemon chicken, sweet and sour pork and fried rice for $16.50. At the counter I was advised that there was a $20 Eftpos min, no clear note of this online, but the waitress allowed me to Eftpos “just this one time” after speaking with the manager. I wish the food was worth it. The mains had soaked up any little sauce on them making them soggy, stodgy, and tasting primarily of oil – absolutely no vegetables. The difference in taste between the lemon chicken and pork was minimal. The fried rice was unimaginative, bland, and under-seasoned. It was served warm at best. I ate a small plate and disposed of the rest.
