The staff here really try to do a good job so it’s sad to see the owner/ manager is so rude and obnoxious, not to mention he’ll often be serving food in lycra bike shorts that look about 50 sizes too small for him. The way he looks over his staff’s shoulders when they’re preparing food is almost as unprofessional as the bike shorts. No one wants to think about him in bike shorts while eating, please think of the children, just stop.

If I could leave a 0 Star rating I would!! The manager/owner is rude and obnoxious, he hangs over his staff’s shoulders telling them they have used too much of this and that, making them put it back. I had asked the staff member preparing my food for additional items (clearly stating that I was happy to pay extra) in our salad bowls and he was scrutinised for it by his overbearing employer rudely and put on display 3 times, then he was made to go through the order at the cash register to make sure all items were accounted for. This process took us almost 30 minutes to have 3 salad bowls made with no apology for the wait.

Very rude customer service! I won’t be going back to this subway and would much rather drive an extra 5 minutes to the Cessnock subway. The owner should not own a business that involves customer service.
