The smashed burger patty was oily just how I like it. The cheese was nice, but the sauces weren’t the best. The tomato was thin, and they used butter lettuce. The burger bun was average. The onion rings were deeeelious.

I’m not usually one to complain, but wow. I got the $16 chicken burger but you couldn’t even call it chicken. It was a thin bit of fried nothing that went about halfway deep into the bun. I don’t know how anyone in good conscience could serve that up and not feel bad about it.

The young woman was working solo in a pretty busy store pumping out premium food with a smile. The best burgers and fries and gave the best service I have ever recieved. She made perfect food for me and my family and was just so efficient and professional handling multiple other orders as well you could tell she was a perfectionist and took her role seriously which is a rarity in a burger joint. If i were a rich employer I would know she is the type of operator i would want in my business. The best takeaway burger i have ever eaten and the best service of any restaurant.

Avoid at all costs. Yet another horrible experience at Patty Smiths Upper Coomera. In the past we have had bad experiences, including wait times of an hour instore to collect for a few burgers, but we thought we had left it long enough to give them another chance. Initially they were fine, we picked up our orders, only to get it home and find that NEITHER of the two fried chicken burgers we ordered had slaw on them – just chicken, sauce and cheese. My partner called and complained, and the young woman on the phone, who left for a while to apparently converse with the person who makes the burgers, apologised and said they would replace them (she also gave us the option of a store credit, but we had already decided this was our last time eating at PS). So my partner went out of his way to go back there to pick up the correct burgers, only to be told by the barely teenage staff that they would only replace ONE, because they didn’t SEE the burgers. Are you kidding me?? They wanted us to bring the burgers in with us to prove it?? And my partner had to make two trips??

Very long wait times (up to an hour) it would be good if the staff would communicate how long the wait is when you order. Burgers were sitting on the counter for at least 15 minutes before staff bagged them, and when we finally got them they were cold. Also the whole time the staff are arguing and customers are complaining it’s an extremely negative vibe the whole time you’re waiting.
