Officially my favourite Grill’d restaurant after my experience tonight. To the lovely gentlemen who took my order, you are a genuine asset to Grill’d. The girls are honestly the sweetest. Thank you for always going above and beyond. Clean, quiet, super friendly customer service, ample seating including outside and upstairs. Only downside is parking is limited but that’s a City Of Melbourne, not a Grill’d problem. Caters to vegans, vegetarians and low gluten customers. Very highly recommend.

Nicely designed joint for a burger. Wagyu wonder was good, perhaps a little small. Chicken bites weren’t as good, perhaps get the sauces or the hot ones instead. Sweet potato fries are always on point and crispy, recommend those bad boys.

Absolutely amazing fantastic manager. If I could give 20 stars I would to store manger to be on top of things. The manager has everything down pat properly and she is working extra hours and not getting paid. I think you have one of the mesh best manages at the store ever if you the owner wants too keep things this way she needs a good pay rise one of the best still manages Rommay. I recommend you have a chat to her an offer her a much better offer for her work 30 stars for the manager

Came here early on a Saturday night, roughly before 6pm. They initially got my order wrong (ordered zucchini chips, gave me regular chips) but they rectified the situation while allowing me to keep the regular chips. Nice setting, has both indoor and outdoor dining areas. Free water available.

The Bonfire BBQ burger and chips were tasty but the portions were tiny for the price. But the biggest issue was the ordering process. After being directed by staff to scan the QR code and order online, the system wouldn’t accept my order and popped up with a message saying the restaurant wasn’t open. Not the end of the world but a waste of 10 minutes when the restaurant was empty and it would have taken 20 seconds to order at the counter to start with.

Just had a very ordinary experience with the food at Grill’d. The chips were very soft, mushy and tasteless. And the Melbourne Mighty burger wasn’t that great, bland for my taste. I had eaten here in the past, and I remember it was much better. Worse still they are charging $25 for a bland burger and mushy chips. Don’t think I’d be going back soon. I’d prefer to walk a bit more and go to Betty’s instead. Service was good though, staff always attentive. But food… meh.

The poorest Grill’d experience I’ve had. Zucchini chips overcooked and too greasey and salty, sweet potato chips undercooked and too salty, and beyond patty undercooked. Staff heard yelling in kitchen angrily. The only redeeming feature was the waiter on the floor who was very friendly and the fitout is nice.
