Came to pick up order at 8pm, waited a few minutes a counter as I watched all the staff talking and on a mobile phone had to ask if anyone was serving. Was informed meal was a couple of minutes away but when I got home all the burgers were cold. Just to let you know we live only 5 minutes away and I put it insulated bag, the meal should not have gone cold. Won’t be coming back

So we ordered 3 different burgers for delivery and they arrived cold. We zapped them in the microwave but could you provide better heat retaining bags for delivery or sort out where the delivery is going first.
