When I went here for the first time, the burger was so great. But when I went back here, it wasn’t that great. I’m not sure what kind of burger I ordered. I thought it was same but the taste was so different… anyway beer is good at least

Food still taste good, but its starting to getting real expensive to dine here. This place use to be my favourite place for chicken wings in the past 5 years. But I dont think i can justify it with the new menu price and qty served.

Usually great. I love a stop through this place as the burgers are amazing. Went for lunch on a Thursday afternoon, place was dead. Service was barely there – front of house was ok and acknowledged us as soon as we sat down (did not wait to be seated as there was noone nearby). Burgers came out and was quite quick, though server dropped them off so quick we didnt have a single second to let her know the sauces were missing as they had already returned to the back to chat with coworkers. Miss their potato gems, but chips are still good. Burger had all of 3 onion rings on it which was disappointing but still a good meal. Will be back, but I do recommend some effort when not busy as there was only 2 other patrons so no excuse for the lacking service this time. Not had an issue previously during peak times.

This place had the best burgers in town, unfortunately I am going to have to go elsewhere (I know I’m not the only one). The new buns belong in the trash, I get it changes have to happen but this change was not for the better.

An absolutely great experience, the ordering process is very simple and easy and the food comes out in a matter of minutes. The food presentation is on point and the taste is even better, providing a really enjoyable and new experience. The restaurant is also furnished and decorated quite well and features a full bar with many selections of beverages. Definitely a 5/5 and looking forward to coming back.

Good place to chill and dine with friends family. The royal chicken burger is a winner, yummy bread with a perfect dressing. The servings of their chips are generous and crunchy, the kids loved it. Also, they have refillable iced tea. Friendly staff and quick service. Great dining experience.
