I placed an order for a happy meal through my Maccas delivery service and discovered this in the kids cheeseburger. This restaurant should be closed down because all of my orders were incorrectly filled; I even ordered a medium cappuccino but didn’t get it with the rest of my other meals. A food and safety check is required.

went to Blacktown westpoint today, i wanted a light refreshment to quench my thirst from shopping. i ordered a large coke with extra ice because i like to eat the ice when im finished with my drink. but to my surprise when i open the lid to eat my ice, what do i spot, a baby cockroach ……. this is disgusting. when i went back they gave me a refund of $4.80 but there wasnt even a sorry. never going back to this maccas ever again, and i dont think you should either unless you want baby cockroachs in your drink. this place dosent even deserve a star.

We visited mc donald on Saturday at 4 .30. Girl at counter took our order i don’t why she was so rude and not interested in taking orders. We ordered fries and coke. Fries were not cooked properly it was so chewy. Literally after having that fries my stomach was aching so badly and i had bad experience. This is not the way you behave with customers really it was horrific experience of my life. Never gonna visit mc donald again.

Food hektik can’t go wrong if you download the app it has mad cheap deals for a good price, it’s not always gonna be fresh food but just ask them to make it fresh. in regards to Service alot of them are younger establishing them self in the work force their but their nice and enthusiastic. This lady who was working at the pick up point was calling out every single other order after about 20 minutes I asked her if my order was being made since I only ordered a small fry’s and she turned to me and said “oh sorry “ then eye rolled me and scoffed at me she was the one with the orange hair I hope I don’t have to deal with her again!!
