Just ordered some lunch there about 30 minutes ago and straight up the chips were recooked and hard as hell the chicken wasn’t that bad but still didn’t go good with recooked chips… The service lady at check out told me incorrect pricing… Also felt so uncomfortable in the place as a customer… Am not going back there again… Plumpton Oporto is by far the best I have been too

Food quality was terrible! 1 star for the chicken which was tasty and fresh but the sides were atrocious! The chips weren’t freshly cooked, and the tomato salsa and rice smelt like they had been scooped out of the bin. It had that bin smell/fridge taste.

Terrible dining experience! The tables and chairs are soo dirty, filthy and sticky, no soap in soap dispenser, clogged washing sink. The kids chair was soooo dirty, I took 10 minutes to clean it myself, after using 20 paper towels cleaning with sanitiser the chairs were still so dirty. Bad idea to go there with kids touching all those dirty tables and chairs. I had to leave the restaurant without dining in because of how dirty the place is. Terribly managed franchise. Surprised the owners are not doing anything about it despite all the bad reviews.

Updating my review as this place has gone downhill big time. Had a bad experience here a few weeks ago and considered it as a one-off. As everyone deserves a second chance I went back there only to be let down again. To sum up my last two visits, I was given the wrong order (even after repeating myself several times), given the wrong price, food was undercooked and cold, and the customer service is terrible. No apology or offer to make things right. It’s as if you don’t want my business. Well, at least I can give you what you want… I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.
