This is my goto place whenever I need a quick bite in CBD area. The value of the Chirashi sushi (now $12.5) is un beatable. Not sure why there are several reviews warned about food poisoning, I have been eating here for more than 6 years, never had an issue.

Sushi was alright, the rolls are smaller than other sushi places but the same price. The customer service could be heavily improved, as the one over the counter was raising her voice at me for mistaking a price for other sushi. Not exactly a good experience to have when you are just trying to buy sushi. Overall, due to smaller quanty and dreadful service I have my doubts of coming back.
