Sushi was subpar. The rice was still warm and overcooked, the salmon was cut so thin and the seaweed was the cheap variety that is very chewy. Service was not good. The person serving me handed back my change dirty with food on it. Not good food hygiene if the same hand touching food is also touching money. You can get much better in a 2 minute walk to Collins Place for the same price.

A culinary delights. I have travelled from the other side of the city with friends just to share this experience. The grilled salmon sushi is simply out of this world. Every mouthful is pure delight. The bento box is a complete meal and just as good. Have a go, you will not be disappointed.
