Extremely disappointed with my first experience here I will not be returning. Firstly. The $5 off your first order wasn’t working. Okay I could live with that. Secondly my partner ordered straight after me and they confirmed yes we are together. I ordered the firecracker with mild spice and NO peas in the fried rice. We wait. I get my food in 15 mins great. We continue to wait thinking my partners isn’t to far away. Another 10 mins goes by I go in and ask. The lady says they are just waiting on the chicken. Okay cool thinking it was not even another 5 mins. Another 15 goes past and still no food for my partners order. We waited and watched so many Uber orders go in and out there was people then being told wait times ( we never got told wait times) was so disorganized no rush on any orders for the customers that were actually in the store. My partner will be writing a review on his experience but we ended up coming home with my food and only 1 of his. I am beyond upset about my food. Not only is it to spicy for me to eat hence the mild part. There is peas in the fried rice. So even more so can not eat the dish I paid for. The staff are rude and just don’t care. I will not be back at all.

I waited 20+ minutes for me get to home and have the wrong order… I always order regular Thai beef and broccoli and what I got was definitely not that and it was the wrong size too. I would love to have gone back but it is a 20+ minute drive from where I live. Very disappointed.

I’ve ordered twice from here and each time they’ve had us waiting there for 30 minutes or longer. The food isn’t that tasteful and they usually get something about the order wrong. It’s such a popular place but with bad reviews, to me the price doesn’t add up to the value.

Quite a pathetic experience. First time I go, and last, I notice on their board that on that day, wednesday, you get 2 complimentary Spring Rolls with your order of a Regular or Big Bowl order. I placed my order, asked confirmation that the order would include the Spring Rolls, but the lady taking the order tells me no, they would have to be paid for. I think I might have mis-read their display so I place the order for a Big Bowl and pay. I seat to wait for my order and read again the screen, it DOES say that the Spring Rolls are complimentary on Weds. I ask for an explanation, the lady at the register ask the cook (owner?) , but then candidly tells me that I am not gonna get it because I should have asked when I placed the order. Really pathetic…they will NEVER see me again.
