I ordered family chips $9.75. I didn’t get them. I tried calling the store but their phone number doesn’t work. Food I got was good but I will rate food 1 star. Why can companies steal from me but if I steal from them I get arrested. Something has to change. They MUST be held accountable. $9.75 will be the last cent Red rooster ever gets from me. Hope 10 bucks was worth it.

Went to red rooster tonight for a flayva wrap meal and when I got home not even 10 minutes later, the wrap was cold as, with 2 pieces of tiny chicken, barely any tomato and smothered in lettuce.

I ordered 2 quarter chicken and chips and asked for extra chicken salt and stuffing at 9.30pm on the 12th of June. where to start wow absolutely garbage worthy. My partner had hair in her mouth and I found a blond hair in one of the boxes. There was no stuffing at all and the chips were cold and a heap of chicken salt on the bottom of the boxes as the chips were cold. Never again will I visit this store as this is not what I expected after paying for it. Safe to say most of our dinner was in the bin. The hygiene in this place would be absolutely disgusting. The owner/manager of this store must not be concerned at all after reading the reviews and noticing they have not replied to any reviews at this store. I’ll be contacting red rooster head office.

Large Rippa meal and a 3pc Tender box with a regular potato and gravy on the side – $36!! The Rippa roll had 3 tiny pieces of chicken strips on it that didn’t even cover the area of the bread roll, and the chips we’re barely cooked and went straight in the bin after i tried one. The 3pc tenders were about the size of a chicken nugget each. Disgusting food and will not be coming back, would not recommend at all! Absolute robbery, the owner should be ashamed of themselves for even thinking it’s ok to serve food like this

The size of their chicken pieces is like a parody. It almost feels as though they are laughing after they watch you walk out. The chips were also cold so its not just the company that sucks but the management of the store too. Overpriced and undersized. My spicy burger could easily fit another 2 strips, they are a touch bigger than a nugget. Also, the lazy staff member didn’t put any mayo on. Id just go somewhere else. I won’t be back.
