We really enjoyed our dinner here tonight. Food was great as always. Even tho it was a Monday night there were a fair few dining in. Drinks and Food was prompt. Zi was our server and was excellent. He was polite and helpful which was great. Could t ask for better service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Came at 9pm and they still served us for dine in no problems. Really appreciate as most other restaurants clothes. Can never fault nandos delicious chips, and also many vegetarian options now for the health and animal conscious. My favourite is the quinoa salad with sweet potato. I tried the great pretender protein and it was good. Staff are very friendly and store is presentable and clean, perfect for a family outing.

Went for an early lunch around 11:30am. Was told by a staff member that orders can’t be placed at the register because they only had 2 workers in the kitchen. Was forcibly asked to be seated and order from the table through the app – which seems to be pushed at this Nandos more than others. Ended up ordering at the register anyway because our drink options weren’t available on the app. Could see our chicken sitting on the warming bench for about 5 minutes before it was brought to our table. Our other sides came separately much later when we were half way through our cold chicken. This location really needs to work on customer service as it seems to be going downhill.

I ordered a chicken salad and specifically requested the salad is properly washed and chicken is cooked well as I am pregnant. 1/4 in, I found the salad to have significant amount of dirt on the stems of the leaf. I stopped eating entirely and my husband advised staff that there was dirt in the salad. One of the staff members insisted that it was just the pigment of the leaf. When my husband got the fork, he scraped off the dirt that came off easily from the leaf. Not once did we receive an apology or anything. Just another plate of salad. Appalling customer service and will never come back here again.

Walked in and asked the staff member behind the front counter if we could order. She immediately said we needed to take a seat and order from the table on the QR code. We told the staff member that we a gift card that we wished to use. She scoffed, told us she was too busy, before turning her back and walking away. After this experience, we left without ordering. So disappointed in the service we received.

Food was ordered at 7:00 and the estimated time for food served was 7:30 (approx 30 minute wait which was fine). The food started coming out at 8:05, and was not served all at once, rather, we received our meals which were ordered together over the span of an additional 10 minutes. Some items from the order were also missing. The food was fine, but the experience and service was lacking. I suspect it perhaps was due to insufficient staff on a Saturday night.
