Costumer service: 1/5 I visited the place twice during one day (morning, afternoon). The lady she served me in the morning was nice and know how to communicate with costumers. In the afternoon, the experience was different. The young blond lady with no glasses wasn’t nice and needs some training in how to communicate with customers. Quick coffee stop turned into short dine in visit. Waitress was very polite in greeting with a smile and offering croissants after we ordered coffees. How can you turn down a toasted ham cheese croissant and long iced black!

Ordered a small flat white to takeaway just now. Got an enormous regular flat white. Milk was scorched and coffee was undrinkable. One sip and in the bin. Service was scowly. Save your money and have a coffee at home or go downstairs to Foster and Black. Was in a hurry so decided to take a chance. Never again. Would strongly not recommend.

I stopped going to starbucks since these guys moved in Garden City! Coffee is always good, the staff are friendly and welcoming once you step foot in their store. Food is at a decent price range matching with the flavours and the presentation of their menu items. It’s a small store yet it feels quite spacious.

Full disclosure, this is a table service place and I totally didn’t know walking in. However, the staff were patient with me and served me at the tills. They popped me through and I took a seat. They were really lovely and helped me with my process of ordering. I ordered Eggs Benedict with extra avocado, tomato and haloumi. Would definitely return for a Sunday breakfast/brunch. ☺️
