Horrible customer service. The ego and pride of those working here stinks!! We placed a simple order and we’re running 10mins late and they have our order to someone else. So next time (today 27 June 2023) we ordered half an hour early and I was on time and guess what.. order not processed. They wrote it on a piece of paper and left it on the counter .. when I shared my disappointment.. the lady (presuming owner) with middle eastern accent – said too bad so sad for you.. kitchen is busy.. there’s nothing I can do.. they couldn’t be bothered and honestly never giving them my business again. Go next door to Kebab Palace which is awesome food and great customer service too

We had late night cravings for kebabs and decided to go to the famous Kebab Place Mangal and Pide. Unfortunately we were late and all our favourite food was finished. We were very disappointed. We searched some restaurants and found this one almost next door which has very similar kebab plates.

Me and my friend had a roast chicken meal which came with a feast of sides and dips..super yummy..best grilled chicken i had in town..also they bake their own bread fresh out of the oven which is a big plus..the staff was super friendly..I’ll definitely be back for shisha and more food.

I really like the BBQ charcoal chicken pack with rice, bread and garlic. I’ve also tried the lamb kebab which was delicious. Option to takeaway or dine inside or out. Comfortable relaxed seating at the front. Friendly welcoming staff.

Mixed grill for 22.00 well worth it make sure your hungry. The chilli sauce was tasty.As were the Garlic sauce and Hommus . Chicken was a little dry and lamb chop slightly over cooked but they were delicious regardless. The sevice was on point and the hopitality was great. Definatley worth a try . Will return to try other dishes. 4.5 stars .
