Food and service was perfectly acceptable, cleanliness on the other hand is a one. Everywhere was dirty and rubbish over flowing. In the women’s toilets you could see where built up dirt was all along edges and door jams where a rough mop has been done. If this is what the customers can see I would be worried about kitchen hygiene levels

What happened to cleanliness? The tables had rubbish & crumbs all over them & the efforts at the eventual wipe down was so poor that it was hardly worth the effort. Bins overflowing. Floors in front bins disgusting. Management needs to teach staff about the cleaning procedures & cleanliness. It would hardly pass health hygiene standards.

Store is located conveniently, but quite busy. There is always a wait ok n drive thru and in store. Since they are behind in serving all screens are constantly beeping spoiling the atmosphere and dine in experience. I have noticed many staff members killing time and manager unable to get their younger staff members to work efficiently.

Neither of us had any pickles at all on our Quarter Pounder and Double Quarter Pounder burgers! ☹️ Found this out when we got home with our meals. I wasn’t going to go all the way back to the restaurant to have it fixed up, as fuel is too expensive.

The service here has been absolutely terrible lately. Each time we went we have been stuck in the drive thru for literally half an hour. I did also have bad food poisoning from an off hot chocolate a few weeks ago as well which I can only imagine is because they left the milk out too long.
