Visited Hungry jacks in Traralgon on Sunday 8th May 2023ordered 2 double cheeseburger meals to eat in which they packed in take away bags and each meal in separate bags when I took my chips out and added the 4 that had fallen into the bag it was 1/2 full I straight away took it to the counter and asked if they could fill it up the girl walked over to the manager who said no that is full the girl came back and said there was nothing they could do, did I still want them or not? I asked the manager for his name he told me I told him I would make a complaint and he just stared at me. This was the worst experience I have had and I will not be going to the Traralgon store again. Photos attached

Every time I have been there have had to wait in bay for food and these were not busy times or the day at all mid afternoon and none inside and only a few cars in drive through pretty slow service compared to other fast food drive through.

Your ap failed again. No bar code for pick up and location in ap didn’t work even tho my map location was on ant working. Made things had! But adleast your staff where wonderful at sorting my order even they said the ap wasn’t doing what it’s ment to. They also commented that it has happened to other people alot of late! Fix the bugs in your app !
